Keller Texas Ear Nose Throat Doctors at Texas ENT Center

Dear valued patients of Texas ENT Center - COVID-19 Office Update

We are currently open to care for our patients, but we will be limiting our non-emergent appointment availability. Due to the Tarrant County shelter at home order we have found it necessary to make modifications to our service model and hours of operation.

*Effective March 30, 2020 until further notice our office hours are Monday 9:00 am. to 4:30 pm. and Tuesday through Friday 9:00 am. to 1:00 pm.

Our focus has been and will continue to be providing excellent healthcare. In order to better serve our community, limit everyone’s potential exposure and conserve important medical resources during the COVID-19 challenge we ask the following:

  • Patients with scheduled appointments- We encourage you to reschedule your appointment with us if you do not feel it is an urgent need. We will not see patients who have symptoms including a fever of 100 F or above, cough or shortness of breath and/or have household family members who have a fever or cough.
  • Telemedicine- Your health and safety are of the utmost importance to us. We are pleased to announce Texas ENT Center will be able to offer telemedicine services to our patients. Having a virtual visit via real-time interactive audio and video will allow you to access to your physician from the convenience of your home or workplace. Please contact us at 817-431-7985 and our staff will provide you with instructions on the appointment process.
    Telemedicine Informed Consent
  • Limiting visitors to our office- In an attempt to protect patients, their families, physicians, and staff from the spread of COVID-19 (the coronavirus), we are working to minimize the number of people coming into our offices. We ask that patients do not bring anyone, including children with them to their appointments.
  • Pediatric patients- We ask that only one adult accompany the patient and absolutely no siblings.
  • Check-in process- Please bring your completed patient forms (available on our website) Your cell phone number will be confirmed, then you will be asked to wait in your vehicle until you receive a call from our staff indicating your exam room is ready.
  • Allergy Patients- Please sign in at the front desk and wait for your name to be called. Medical staff will ask to see your EpiPen or AUVI-Q. Once your injection has been administered you will be asked to wait in your vehicle. Please come back in after 20 minutes to have your arm checked. *See NEW hours of operation. We will continue to monitor the situation and make announcements on our Website and Facebook.
  • Hearing Aid Patients- For our patients in need of supplies and service please call the office at 817-431-7985. Staff will be able to assist you and coordinate pickup/drop off to minimize contact with others. After hours you can reach us by email at
